anyone would have to be a fool to retain his services....Took my retainer telling me I had a case then came back saying he couldn't represent me because the defending attorney was a former colleague. Kept my retainer.....this guy's a crook

Do not trust him, he has been working with just about every attorney in San Diego since the late 80's and has became popular by screwing over his clients with bad settlements he works out behind the client's back. Just look up his court records on the sdcourt.ca.gov website and you'll see how many times he's been sued. He'll follow the same pattern of wanting to work out cases through arbitration instead of the court system. Since he use to work for San Diego's leading American Arbitration Association figure, Patrick Webb of Webb&Carey APC, who was also his law professor at National University, Geyman uses his old connections to toy with his clients as if he were actually pursuing the case. With the help of his wife, a registered clinical psychologist, he'll act like a friend to his clients while making them desperate to settle and playing them for suckers. If you've already hired him, attend every court appointment and don't let him go alone on your behalf. It's better to just go about litigating on your own rather than to hire this con-artist.
