Cannot recommend this courier service.
Package delivery order was for ashes to be delivered 'in person, hand-to-hand delivery with adult signature required' and service also ensured that the courier would phone when arrived on location. Courier left package on a random table by pool doors (public access) and placed a couple second hang up phone call to the number listed on deliver invoice.
Horrible. Sad. Terrible. Lazy.
This is a combination error made by the company (ACC) and the courier person. There is no reason to leave packages unsecured by a pool. Take a little walk or elevator to the unit and deliver packages to door (period).

Cannot recommend this courier service.Delivery order was for ashes and specifically (paid for) package to be delivered 'in person, hand-to-hand with adult signature required' and a service order stated that a phone call would be give at arrival. Courier left parcel on a random table, by the pool (public access) and made a couple second hang up call. Terrible. Sad. Lazy.This is an error made by the courier company ACC and the courier person. Packages should never-ever be left on random tables in unsecured, public access areas, by a pool. Take a little walk or elevator up to the unit and deliver packages to door (period).

Extremely urgent from Temecula, CA. to San Diego, CA. on Thursday at 4pm means Monday...Extremely urgent mail! Not!

horrible service, if they f up they do nothing to remedy. they even moved their depot and the website is not updated, did a wild goose chase to find a package that they did not deliver at all but they brought it back to their depot, but one problem, wrong address on website, I will try very hard to never need or use them again, getting too big, so they don't care!
