image Very rude people that work in this office they wanted 3,000 dollars to pull one tooth did not want to refill my perscription because i lost the pills...Never will reyurn or recommend this office at all.

image Before i arrived, i was called by the front desk reception telling me that they were not going to able to help me (before walking into the door). After I arrived, i could tell everyone was in a rush to leave the office. Im ok with that. Im a NYer and feel good about being rushed. I was then put at ease when the dental assistant began x-raying my teeth (the guy did an excellent job). Once the Dr. arrived, (Dr P - worst dentist ever) proceeded to tell me how i needed a deep cleaning (even though i was there for 2 broken teeth and an abscesses). The doctor only wanted to give me a referral for the other 1 tooth that was not broken (yet) and not provide a referral for the other two broken (in half tooth - in pain with abscesses).
I understand that their is a process and there needs to be a certain process to getting things done, i can relate. But, if i wanted to spend money to get a tooth fixed, wouldnt the doctor want to give a referral for the teeth i wanted to spend money on? Instead, Dr. P refused to give me a referral for the two teeth i wanted to fix (and spend money on) she would prefer to have me spend money on something that was not bothering me.
Truly, this doesnt make sense. She didnt give anti-biotic..: no referral. This was a waste of time, money. Got attitude.
DO NOT GO HERE. If you do, ASK FOR ANYONE BUT DOCTOR P.
Theres no doubt she took my attitude the wrong way. When she was telling me that she couldnt work with my (#6) tooth and it needed to be pulled, I understood. Instead she got rattled when i said (i understand. Lets move forward (yes, i manage
People in a call center, i can rub people the wrong way). But, to he so rattled not to write me an antibiotic script or have another doc work on me (refused to write referral), thats the reason im writing a review.
You will see this review in google, yahoo, yelp, bing and and other website i can find to tell about these people who refuse to help people.

image 2021 - Nice, caring, professional, and convenient dentist and hygienist. I recommend this place..
2024- 3 years later. I'm sorry, had to edit my review. I felt like this dentistry has changed alot. Instead of looking out for the best interest of the patients; they are looking to make whatever money on the side. First of all, the corporate answering service call is always trying to book my appointment for ortho, (teeth straightening) that I don't even need. What I needed was to fix My broken tooth and treated my gum diseases. Why tried to sell stuff on the side and make patient paid? Be careful, they are out to get your money. What the hell? I need to find another dentist place now... even though the place was so convenient for me and I still like a few of the workers that's is so good there.

image The receptionist is awful, I take my child out of school early to get there 15 mins before our appointment to just find out that the appointment got moved and that they called to move the appointment.
We have email confirmation of be date and time of the appointment, we never get a call or email of the appointment getting the appointment moved.
We as the receptionist to confirm we have the correct number, they do but we never received any calls or voice mails.
When we ask to provide a secondary number, they add it to the system but the says that theyll only call the first number.
When we show email consult the appointment, she says that corporate is the one sending those emails and that she just makes calls.
Once again, the receptionist is extremely rude and unprofessional.
