Edward Dean Design and Build

Ed and his team were simply awesome! The design was far better than my imagination, and the attention to detail was superb. Worth the price? Definitely. I can't say this too often, but we truly missed his team and his presence in the mornings in our backyard. With respect to customer service, 5 stars as well. A couple of things as always hit a snag, but the snag disappeared and the ball kept rolling. Thanks to Ed and his team for making my deck bigger than it used to be. :)

Edward Dean went above & beyond the call of duty to quickly take care of a critical support beam replacement at my home. Edward, Kale, & Nikolas were very professional, pleasant, positive & respectful of my home & garden. They even constructed a bridge to protect my plants! Excellent communication throughout the process. Left the job site spotless when they were finished. I can't say enough about this company. They effortlessly took care of a very stressful situation. Not only does Edward have more of an artistic approach to design, but he's quick with estimates/revisions, offers advice on how to make projects easier, reduce building material waste (which is always a concern of mine) and kept everything in budget without a problem. Who couldn't use that?! Edward, Kale and the whole crew were absolutely a pleasure to work with, which is also important when you have a large scale project at your home. Everyone on the team was highly personable and left the yard clean and organized everyday, which I really loved and appreciated. Project was finished sooner than expected, even with rain delays, and the best part: under budget. When does that ever happen?! I highly recommend these guys for deck and fence projects. Impeccable work, great price, and nice people. Couldn't be happier with the finished project. Will definitely use his services again in the future.

My new deck is absolutely gorgeous and I am so happy! Edward had great ideas for revisioning the outside of my house and it has made such a difference for me and how I use the space. He was also helpful when I had to navigate other related needs (electrical, foundation). I am so appreciative! And I love my deck!

I couldn't be happier to have chosen Edward Dean to build a fence and re-do flooring in our new house. It was only by chance that I found him on Yelp, and he will definitely have our business for years to come. He's incredibly communicative -- actually answers the phone every single time -- is knowledgable, kind, had a great crew, and arrives exactly at the time he says he will. He has an extremely high bar for his work, and takes pride in what he does. I am so incredibly grateful to have found him, having gone through numerous contractors and builders in the past that were just miserable to work with. LOVE LOVE LOVE this company! And our fence and flooring came out gorgeous, exactly as we wanted. 5 stars all around!
