We initially called them to do a hydro-jetting service which was covered under their warrantee from the previous owner. We found out that there was a bigger issue with the main line and they brought the entire team, including the owner of the company, to assist with the issue. As new business owners, walking into something like this is extremely scary. Their care and diligence put us at ease and allowed us to continue to focus on the business while they took care of the plumbing issue. From the customer service agent to the technicians, the service provided by the company was top notch. They explained the procedure thoroughly and was responsive to my questions. The service crew arrived ahead of the schedule and completed the repair in a timely fashion. Will recommend to friends and family.

I had Integrity Rooter out to my house in Pacific Beach because I had another plumber tell me I needed to replace my mainline at the cost of over $3,000. Integrity Rooter sent out Art who arrived in about 90 minutes checked out what was going on using a camera and was able to clear the line without having to replace the main line as the previous plumber said was needed. I had Integrity Rooter come and help me out of a jam. We had a family Thanksgiving and all the the kitchen drain clogged and was coming up in the shower. Angel came out with in an hour and had our clog free within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend Angel and Integrity Rooter if you need plumbing help.
