Worst company. Terrible Communication and did not return my deposit when I left. Used the funds to fix things that were already broken. Find someone else.

From 1 star to 5 stars! Why? Because I appreciate the company that accepts its mistakes and tries to change. My priority is customer service and I see they are doing good.

Currently a resident at one of the properties they manage and feel like they are a very incompetent organization. Seems like everyone is trained to say no to everything and just not do the job they were hired to do. Had to make multiple requests for a gas leak when I first moved in, multiple requests to have an animal removed recently and now there is a huge leak from the kitchen that they've known about for almost two weeks with nothing being done yet but they requested I refrain from using the sink. The owner is often involved due to the management company's inability to act in a timely fashion or simply "do the right thing."

We recently moved into one of AMG's properties and we have nothing but great things to say! Everyone I have dealt with from the management company as well as our on-site manager have been friendly, considerate, and responsive. My apartment has been great and I feel like I received exactly what I expected. I also feel like they are very fair with price and they even worked with me to get everything I wanted in an apartment! I would recommend renting from AMG properties to my friends and family!

We were very impressed with the excellent customer service provided to us by AMG and specifically Natanel. He was SO responsive, helpful and very knowledgeable! He made the process so easy and stress-free. Definitely the best experience we've ever had with a management company!
