Re 3 Salon and Spa

I would like to say a couple of things about this spa, it is awesome. I had a facial with Bonita, not only was she super sweet, but she was really knowledgeable. She educated me on the Moor Spa : Products that she used on my facial, but she also allowed me to relax and enjoy the service. The salon is in La Jolla, actually UTC, by nordstroms and Wells Fargo upstairs, you kinda feel like your on vacation when you walk in because of it's beauty and the way you are greeted by the front desk. I would absolutely recommend this place. Had a terrific experience, and looking forward to returning and getting another facial. Thank you.

I have a great time at this salon. I come and get my haircut by Gary and he does a great job. He is like an old-school barber but can give you a modern cut. I also get massages from Bahman and Lilibeth when I can. I can honestly say that when I get services there they are always a great experience. If you are thinking about checking it out do so.

For a peaceful and serene spa, it was extremely chaotic and loud. They were disorganized and you could tell as soon as you walked in the door, there were employees arguing with one another at the front desk. The hostess was rude and they took over 20 minutes to get me into the chair after gripping at me the customer for being 10 min late due to rain and traffic (I did call ahead of time). The message chair didn’t even work. The water was cold in pedicure tub. The warm towels were cold and she couldn’t give me the paraffin wax treatment because the machine was never turned on. I still have nail polish from my previous color on my fingers. The manicurist asked the hostess for help and in front of me the hostess said no and was rude to the manicurist. I overheard the hostess and a few other women talking badly about other employees. It was cold in the facility and very unwelcoming. I was offered coffee which was nice, but never asked about anything else the rest of the 2 hours I was there. When walking out if I didn’t stop and hand them my voucher she would have never gotten it, good thing I wasn’t paying with cash. I have never felt like such an inconvenience when giving someone my busy / paying for their service.
