Personal Touch Dining

We had a wedding at the Old Rancho at the beginning of this summer. It is a beautiful adobe estate, with multiple levels of yard/garden used for weddings. PTD did a wonderful job coordinating and catering our wedding at the location. I didn't hire a planner and depended on their month and day-of-coordination. I did a lot of the planning and then handed over the details to them. They are an efficient and capable team! We are thankful for Kendra who went through the original contracting process and tasting, Caitlin who took over the month of coordinating, and Sam who was our day-of-coordinator. Our wedding turned out beautiful and we had a lot of compliments from guests that are due to the PTD team. The food and service was excellent. Sam kept the vendors to the timeline and kept the micro-events moving. She brought my husband and I drinks right after the ceremony, and our food first during dinner so we actually had a chance to eat. For the venue and service PTD provides, the cost of the venue rental and catering is really reasonable. HIGHLY recommended!

PTD, especially Annalisa, Jaycee, and Jesse, stood out as some of the most admirable individuals we encountered during the preparation and execution of our wedding. Their sincere commitment to ensuring our night was exceptional shone through at every stage of the process. The quality and flavor of the food were outstanding. Additionally, on the wedding day, their swift and impressive setup, seamlessly transitioning chairs from outside to inside the venue, left a lasting impression. Not only did they surpass our expectations, but they also felt like an integral part of our family during the wedding. We would gladly recommend PTD to any friends or family in the San Diego area seeking outstanding catering services. If we could change anything, it would be ordering three times the amount of queso, as it was the best we've ever had! Numerous families who attended also raved about it, so kudos to the exceptional culinary specialists. PTD exceeded the expected requirements and truly lived up to their reputation. It's no surprise they were at the top of our list during the planning process. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for making our evening absolutely perfect!

I had the best experience with PTD. From the speedy responses, to the answers to all my questions and to making everything come together like a dream! Annalisa, Jaycee and team were just simply amazing! They made it so easy that I felt like it was easy to plan a wedding. The staff on the day were also amazing. Drinks were great and the food was so, so good! The day went perfect and I would live it again and again.

10 star experience from start to finish! Annalisa and Jaycee were incredibly accommodating and so easy to work with throughout the entire process. They anticipated and took care of every single detail, we didn't have to worry or stress about anything! Our guests raved about the food, as it was absolutely delicious and presented beautifully!
