Was on vacation for 3 weeks and came home to a flooded kitchen due to a leaking ice maker on a fridge.. Called Assured Restoration.. They were prompt, courteous, and transparent. Boy, I was glad I hired them. They insisted on doing things the right way! The work was done in a professional manner , in a timely fashion and for a fair price.. I would highly recommend using Assured Restoration if you ever have any water damage issues.

I've had to use Assured Restoration Services twice recently due to plumbing issues from upstairs unit. Their team did a great job and was very professional and helpful. They had the equipment and experience to handle water and mold damage safely and quickly. Will not hesitate to use and recommend Assured Restoration in the future (not too soon I hope!) Thanks guys!

Mike Jacobsen @ Assured Restoration detected the mold problem after the ceiling in one of my bedrooms had to be replaced due to water damage. It was effectively dried and before the ceiling was replaced Mike continued to test until the wood was without moisture. Very professional, personable and affordable service. I would definitely recommend this company and use this service if needed in the future.

I dealt directly with the owner Mike Jacobsen and he walked me through the whole process with my insurance and dealt directly with them. His crew was prompt and very professional. I don't do yelp or leave reviews but I was on the website to send Mr Jacobsen a email or something to express what a great job his guys did on my kitchen and I saw the Google review link. So Im leaving my review of Assured restoration here. Thanks again Mike Jacobsen and his team at Assured restoration.
