Had E-Shield radiant barrier package installed in my home. From the very beginning to the end of the installation all employees showed a great representation of Green Home Improvements. I am very pleased. Upon completion we noticed that the AC unit does not turn on as much. On the past two electricity bills, I have saved around $100 on each one. I would like to recommend Green Home Improvements and Joe to anyone who is looking to make their homes more energy efficient.

They say they guarantee their work. If you try to get something worked out because of a faulty install you get ignored, phone calls not returned. I am writing them off for any future work. They really don't follow-up with you unless they want something. The advertisement they guarantee their work has been proven false at this point.

Installation was on June 31,2014. I waited a month to check my electric bill. It was on par with last years. I then decided to check everything by sticking my head into the attic in the afternoon. It was warm, but not hot. Climbing on the roof I checked the two solar powered fans I installed years ago and could feel the warm air being pulled out the attic. When I got to the solar fan they installed that I was told was more powerful than either of my installed fans, I could not feel any air movement at all with my hand right up against the grill opening.
I called the office and informed them the fan they installed wasn't working. I called again August 30 and they promised me that they would have the contractor crew call me and come fix it. I called again on September 2nd and was told the maintenance section would contact me.
It's now October 14. I've called the phone numbers on the contracts several times and all I get is a busy signal and they still haven't called me back.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the energy package Green Home Improvements did for us. We got ridge vents, radiant barrier, and insulation, and boy have we felt a huge difference, not to mention we just had to shell out about $6,000 for a new A/C, since the heat in our attic is what caused it to break down in the first place. After Nick came out to see us, we realized NOTHING was more important than protecting our investment on our new A/C. We just COULD NOT afford to go through that again!
The whole process of getting our work done was the smoothest we've ever had with a company. Christy is phenomenal! We have REALLY hectic schedules, my husband and I, and we were so pleased that we had a company that was able to work with our schedule when it came to doing the work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
