For someone who doesnt know about the maintenance of the tires, it would have been great to have a full understanding of what was being purchased. How the promotion truly worked, and an itemized receipt for the initial purchase, rather than a deposit receipt when payment was taken. I dont mind going the distance for a location I feel comfortable or like and paying what is needed. I do my Best to stay within the budget I have set for myself for the things that are needed. This went over my budget, but told myself this is needed. After looking at the itemized receipt, I could have gotten a better offer else where. I was told the filter I needed was included within the price I had payed, and it was not. I was then quoted an additional $25 on top of the $600 I had not expected to pay. I went here thinking I was getting a great deal. Didnt have my sensors checked, the day I payed I was told they would be checked. I needed this checked so I can later come back and make the purchase for new sensors. I was told I would get a discount on my filter, since it needed to be changed and it would be a lower price, but I dont live near the location, and didnt think the drive would have been worth it. This was extremely upsetting and hurtful for me. Lesson learned, I have to become my own expert.
