Let me tell YOU if you want results and to actually feel better then you need to come here. Hands down the best team in San Antonio for all your Physical Therapy needs!
I was excited about coming here cause I thought it was just going to be low key yoga, stretching, maybe massages with spa water and ambient music. It was the complete opposite. Sweet Stacy put me to WORK! And I am not in shape by any means like shaking and sweaty and just laughed through the pain and embarrassment.
I was not sure if I could make progress and help my back but Stacy believed in me and I made the commitment to actually try. We put in the work to start building actual muscle, learning how to control them, and not put stress on my back. I started to build muscle, feeling stronger, feeling more confident, and my back was feeling amazing.
2 months later, I actually graduated and now am able to keep up with exercises on my own at home. I am continuing to build muscle and move around pain free. I will be forever grateful to Stacy and her team for helping me make so much progress and feel amazing! Thank you for putting up with all my laughter and complaining, yall are the true MVPs!
If you need some body/ aches/ pains help, come see them and put in the work if you want actual results!

My surgeon referred me to Mission PT, this is my second time with them. Love all the staff even though they make me work my muscles. Setting me up for success after PT.
Atmosphere is pleasant and welcoming. Love the door bell at the front door, staff has to let you in. Gives a sense of safety.
I would recommend this PT, they are never too busy or over booked to watch your performance and give feedback.

This is my second time being here at this location Southcross, everyone was very nice except the horrible lady in the front she is very rude both times I've been here they ask for insurance card on first visit I didn't have it with me but they said the next visit I could bring it I tried to give it to her it to the rude lady but she wasn't giving me the time of day so they never got it ,do better

From the staff at front desk to each therapist was always a pleasant experience. Everyone was kind, patient, and courteous. The treatment I received really did help in my ongoing recovery. Im so much stronger because of their dedication in helping me to improve. All were wonderful, but Marissa was the therapist who worked with me the most. Kudos to everyone, and a huge thanks to Marissa!
