I am so glad I found this school! We just moved to San Antonio and have been looking for a Montessori school like the one my son attended in Boston. My son was very comfortable with his new teachers He has made many new friends (and my wife and I have too). I love the community feeling at this school. We are so thankful we found this school and our son is very happy. Great place and great staff!

From Dad: The 'WunderTeacher' that they hired at the beginning of the year is now fired. Enough said. From Mom: They said this is “the real Montessori school” in town that’s what they claim but there is much more better Montessori school in town much more bigger and stabilize. Be careful when you enroll in this school because they are not very honest. They told us it was a one year contract but here I will summarized our experience. 1. You cannot rely on them in comes of emergency. My friend had hard time belting the car seat of my son and she ask help to teacher Tracy but she never help. Her response to my friend is “we don’t do that here” you should ask the parents before you pick up their kids. What is the 5 min. spare of time to help? Or at lest 1 min. Just to check if my son was belt in the right way. Or ask the assistant to help my friend. That 5 min. Spare of time can save a life. Thanks God my son come home safe that day. 2. Jean the owner of the school told me we are no. 1 in the waiting list for full day but I found out that first week of January they accepted a new student in my sons class for full day, so I talk to Jean about it and I told her it’s unfair to all of the parents whose in the waiting list for full day. Jean’s response to me is they accepted the new student because she’s a girl and they look at it by ratio. I know her response to me is a lie because in my sons classroom they have 6 boys and 10 girls including the new student and they want it balance she said. 3. After two days when I talk to Jean in person, her and Tracy called me and told me that my son is not doing any kind of work at all. Can’t put on his jacket and can’t zip it. I thought teacher Tracy and I is going to talk about my concern because my son keep telling me that one of his classmate is spitting on him and I told Tracy that I hope she’s aware of it because my son is imitating it and it’s flue session but her response to me is ridiculous. Teacher Tracy response is “you don’t need to tell me that, of course I know it and I’m not going to discuss to you about the other kid” then she handed the phone to Jean and Jean told me over the phone that my son is not happy in her school so she suggest me to find another environment for my son and she want as out by February 1st she give us 7 days to find another school for my son. Isn’t it amazing that they drop us in the middle of school year. Very unprofessional of them. We provide their need but they don’t provide as their services. Plus they Charge as full amount in December even though the school is open only for two weeks. My wife reads and writes approximately 5 languages, English is just but one of them. I decided not to edit her complaint in any way, to preserve it as is. Judge for yourself. But we believe this school has engaged in deceptive business practices.

I attended this school from 2 years old to 5th grade, and although it is strange to call an elementary school an alma mater, I do so anyways. It was my home and has helped me to flourish in more ways than one. There is where the foundations of who I am, as a student and as a person, have been laid. CHILD Montessori molded me into a life-long learner, and I will be eternally grateful for that. Montessori-styled education (like the style that you would see at CHILD Montessori) is more than the typical education a child would receive under traditional methods. Montessori exquisitely blends character development within the curriculum. The children learn manners, the meaning and importance of being a good community member, and kindness. All of which is done beautifully at CHILD Montessori. Now I don't know about you, but I would send my children to that school in a heartbeat and wouldn't even complain if they made the waitlist.
