Really, really bad customer service. 4 teenage girls behind the counter all on their phones could barely be bothered to help me pick up my online order.

Experience was great with the employees there now I have been meaning to leave this review since I have been going to this Hollister for a while. A couple weeks ago I went again and noticed the manager who is very rude was still working there. I never knew her name so I asked quietly one of the employees and they told me her name was Alexia. One time last year I went and I saw that same manager treat her employees horribly and rudely as well as experiencing her yelling at one of “other managers”. I ignored this since I was a customer but then once I went back again she was again being rude to her employees which I feel horrific for since they get payed horrible and one of the girls told me she makes them clean and do other things which are not included in their job roll. I love this Hollister but they really need to change managers of whatever that girl is I think it is very unprofessional that I went there shopping and I had to experience her getting into a screaming fight and storming out with one of her employees. I hope to never see something like that again since it made me just want to leave the store. Anyways all the employees there are nice some are super rude and will not help you. Again they need more professional people and I let my family know to never come to that Hollister due to the type of people they hire.
