I just had some beautiful highlights by Steph Perez. I am new to the area, and saw my previous stylist in Maryland for 14 years. I was worried about going someplace new. Reading reviews can be overwhelming, and I didn’t know where to go. I found this salon and its great reviews, and I made an appointment. Steph was very welcoming, professional, and did a beautiful job with my hair. Steph did exactly as I asked, asked me a bunch of questions to make sure about what I already had done, and my hair turned out lovely. The salon is very nice, and the owner very welcoming, too. I was very pleased with their costumer service. To me something that is very important for a business is their ability to resolve something. I went in for a haircut and color. When I got home I realized that my roots didn't look to really match the rest of the hair. I was hesitant to call just because I was afraid that they wouldn't offer a solution. Well I did call and to my surprise they were VERY willing to make me happy and made an appointment for the same day. I went in and they were extremely nice and did my roots to my liking. Thank you Image Makers Hair Studio for the great costumer service. Most other places wouldn't have cared if I was happy or not but you guys were amazing! I would highly recommend. Service: Haircut
