Kim couldn't take my case due to his current workload, however, he still took the time to not only call me himself to tell me he's too busy, he proceeded to talk to me about my situation for a good 30 minutes. He provided me some very helpful verbal direction, answered some questions and followed up with an email directing me to others who could be good to hire for my situation. Not the kind of extra effort that just anyone would put in.
