Extremely disappointed w/ this bank. I wanted to deposit a check w/ the teller. The teller told me to deposit it at an ATM. If I wanted to do that I would have done that in the first place, but being that the check was for a big amount I wanted to do it w/ a teller. But the person helping was insisting I do it through an ATM. So I did. And now I have a 7-day hold on my account and I cannot receive my funds until the 25th. I spoke to countless people & and everyone tells me something different. It is a paycheck from my job. There is no reason I should have a 7 day hold. Due to the teller not wanting to help me out, causing the bank to put a 7 day hold on my account and noone being of any help to me or even trying to help me resolve my issue, I am now taking my business elsewhere. I am never going to recommend Chase to anyone. HORRIBLE customer service, god knows what they’re doing to my money during those 7 days. Banked w/ Chase for 8 years and not once did I have a good experience, nothing but bad.
