Came to drop off bulky items on "Free" landfill day. I'm a CPS energy customer and get my trash picked up by TDS. Staff said I had to pay to dump my stuff even though this facility is run by TDS and I'm a TDS and CPS paying customer.

Total scam. I accidentally went there because it was listed as bulky on COSA website. Theyre private. They charged me $43 (as I didnt want to go find the city one) for some fencing and a few other things. I sat and waited for 45 minutes as they let dump truck after dump truck unload no went back and asked for a refund and they denied me. I went around the corner to the city one. Theyre great. Avoid the private one at all costs. Trash.

Don't come, it takes too long to shoot, you waste a lot of time, I don't recommend it, look for better options.

If I could give ZERO stars I would. They will find any reason to not pick up your trash and let it pile up. I live on a street corner and they wont pick up because of cars INSIDE the neighborhood that are nowhere near me. NO GOOD FAITH ATTEMPTS TO PERFORM THE SERIVE I AM PAYING FOR. Worst waste disposal company I have ever dealt with. Find anyone else. Customer service response is additional trash allowed at next pickup so let all your trash pile up in your house. I am done with these people.

Glass Recycling
The majority of places for scrap or recycling around San Antonio do NOT accept glass. This place in fact does and a fee will be charged even if you're dropping off yourself. The gentleman at the window was nice and happy to help us. I happily paid my fee and recycled our load of glass. Fees may vary depending on your load. We will happily drive here again if needed
