New to San Antonio so I do not know many body shops, this shop is next to my daughters school, so I went in needing body and tail light repair. Cecilia was amazing, and I waited a week to go back and spoke to the owner. The owner stated he liked to work with his customers and help them out and meet them halfway with the deductible. Well I decided to get the work done, not knowing to many other shops around and then the owner denied what he had mentioned to me regarding the deductible. I KNOW 100% it is my responsibility but he should not be saying this to lure in customers. Service: Body & Trim
