We were very impressed with First Principle. Especially with how Joey worked with us in our limited time after move-in before our moving truck arrived! He was very flexible even though they already were booked when I called back to confirm. The responsiveness was timely, and the team always arrived when they said they would. The house was spotless when we arrived and made any anxiety about the move fall away. We are so grateful for our nice, clean home! I moved across the country into a new house that was full of dirt, debris and dust from construction (property management didnt have it cleaned prior to move in). Joey came in and did an incredible job making this place spotless! Now it finally looks like a brand new house thats liveable. Mr Joey and his team is incredible! You should hire them if: 1. You are looking for a spotless cleaning of your property, 2. You want to see your house as brand new after each cleaning, 3. You want the cleaning team to treat your house as if it were their own house. I called about a week ahead of time and they were able to do our full house before we moved in. We had bought without seeing the house so I was worried about what we would find when we arrived. This cleaning team made sure we would find a clean and welcoming house. They are extremely helpful and responsive, and want to go above and beyond to make you comfortable.
