Im a contractor and my co does floor work, carpet cleans, etc throughout the state of TX. I got in contact with this company for some work they were subbing out. Just like anywhere else, I sent over my insurance and W9 to get started. Weve done roughly about 4 jobs for them and have struggled to receive payment. Their payroll system is insanity. I was told Id be paid within 2 weeks, then switched to net 30, then was told maybe net 45-55. Basically pushing back my invoices. Reach the net 45 on the exact date I was told Id receive payment and still nothing. Was calling their office and my point of contact and no answer. I got ahold of a lady there and she heard me out and said its not the 1st time an employee or contractor calls about payment issues. Coming from their own employee should say enough. Still struggling with payment, more than likely take legal action since it is a couple grand my company is owed. Very un professional when my point of contact was one of the main managers.

This is the worst place to work at they do not pay u on time or even the right amount and then when you call to get it straighten it out the yell and argue with you .They also have no respect for you or your family my aunt died and I had to leave to say my good byes and I was fired for leaving after I told them that she was sick and passing away .... And I bet they are still are using my social cause two months later after I was let go I get a call asking why was I not clocking in ...
