My Mom and I walked in to weigh out our options for a bed. It was a rather impulsive decision, but I had the pleasure of speaking with Matt. He was as friendly and courteous as anyone can ask for! He was committed to ensuring both me and my mom, who doesn't speak english the best, understood how everything works with BoxDrop. Matt, thank you for being such a good representative for BoxDrop!

Wow! What a great family & family business! Way better prices than anything out there... from Conns to mattress firm, living spaces... You can practically get the same beds or entire setup for a FRACTION of the cost of any other big retail store! BoxDrop is where its at!

Check to if they would be open! I got a yes would be open 2pm-5pm so I drive over there leaving my family function early to go and I get there and its closed! So I go to the post on Facebook where they said they would be and I leave a comment saying "guess yall aren't opening today. A heads up would be nice." Well instead of leaving a comment or anything they delete my post and never reach out to me! I am ok with them being closed I get it but instead of saying you would be open just tell us your closed so we dont need to go out of our way I mean we are the customers!
