appointment scheduled for 8am - 12 noon on Sat 10/30/21. 1st I received an email that tech will be showing up between 4pm and 5:45pm I call around 8am to inquire the problem. No solution was given except keep watching / tracking the tech to see if he will be there earlier. I expressed my concern that I can not be on standby all day and it defeats the purpose of scheduling an appointment. Again talked to 2 different people and neither one could help resolve this issue. later in the day I received another email that tech is expected to show up between 1:45pm and 3pm, since I was unavailable at that time I had to reschedule for the following week. let hope that dish can stick to their scheduled appointment time

Very rude they double or triple charge and then want to turn around and tell you to call your bank because they know it didn't go through when I can see my bank statement I wouldn't go with them at all
