The light over the atm hasn't worked for months. It's very dangerous for those including me that use the atm during the evening. I always call the bank to report but they never answer. Also just went to atm 5 mins ago & it's not accepting deposits. It has that issue way too often.

I am a member of chase but I went to get the military form complete and sign by them . they didnt help me . I do not know there is an angry lady is she the manger or employee? She was not helpful , was so rude . My recruiter wants to talk and explain her but she was not listening and was very rude even with my recruiter with a military member . The angry lady was not helpful at all . She wanted to get us out and the people quickly but not help them , seems like she doesnt want to work . She needs to be fired that bank doesnt need lady like her, anger and mad , then I went and opened a new account with USAA . She was very nice and helpful.

Bad customer service, the ladies in this bank need better training on how to better serve customers. I hate going inside the bank they make me feel uncomfortable. I rather go through the drive through to avoid the staff.

Unfortunately I received the worst treatment in this branch when I asked them for some information about my personal account. I was greeted by a woman who, before I spoke, seemed angry and refused to fill out the form that I requested. She said that you must send it to us by fax. When I went to another branch, I found a very warm welcome from the receptionist. His gentle smile almost made me forget the mistreatment I suffered in this branch
