I lived here for 2 years 2017-19. I had a corner unit and it was the quietest place I have ever lived; very peaceful. Very warm staff with a gorgeous pool area.

Cute floor plan. Nice and clean. Shows age, boo boos are patched. The washer/dryer closet is pretty cramped. Stackables might work better.

Our lease just ended here . For our year stay everything was pretty much fine. Tracy is adorable and very sweet and will try to make sure everything gets done for you in a timely manner. For the price youre paying the apartments are a bit overpriced. They for sure show their age and nothing is really up to date other than a stainless steel fridge thats it. The floor plan isnt bad the laundry closet is pretty cramped . We couldnt open certain cabinets in our kitchen because it was too tight of a space , also not a lot of storage in the kitchen itself. Complex is usually pretty quiet. Not the nicest neighborhood but nothing happened while we were there . You will for sure have to call maintenance a few times to fix things cause again the apartments are older and something will eventually break , but they get to it in a timely manner. The upkeep of the ground is really nice always cleaning and the gardening is a nice touch . The key pad turned out to be extremely convenient . Honestly not a bad place to live so kinda regret leaving just needed more space for us. Is a nice quiet place.
