Mountain America Corporate (not a branch)

Had loan for my F150, paid off early. Took out loan for travel trailer 1 year ago, been paying on loan and relief payment plan. No registration yet, been sitting in storage. Short version.

I am Beginning to slide down a path of Dissatisfaction with Mountain America. The fact that I CAN NOT CALL MY SPECIFIC BRANCH DIRECTLY is becoming a BIG issue. When you live 15+ Miles away from your nearest branch, and Online services can not solve an issue, Calling becomes Necessary. THAT coupled with the fact when calling you have to deal with an automated phone system that asks "how can I help you today." And when you say Representative IT ARGUES WITH YOU. And you have to STATE IT AGAIN. Then when you actually do get a hold of someone they are not even in the state. MACU "Thinks" They are helping their customers this way, But they are NOT. Put The specific Branch Telephone numbers On Google Maps.

I haven't had any difficulty with MACU until recently. I've been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. Now, when I need help I'm put on hold, transferred around and get different answers every time I call. This happened again today. I got the issue resolved after my third phone call. Recently I had to use a credit card and for some unknown reason it wasn't showing online and I couldn't pay it. (don't even ask) After multiple hours talking to people on the phone (different answers every time) I was told I had to go into the branch. I went into the branch. It took me over two hours because the teller insisted on trying to help, which was stressful to her (a full hour), and finally she had me go talk to a load officer. Once I finally got to a loan officer and another 45 minutes we got everything working again. Both he and the teller said I shouldn't have had to come in to get it straightened out. I don't know why some employees know what to do and others (most?) don't and complicate things further and waste more time.

Can't ever talk to some one let alone the executives. You are broke! Tried to reach someone for 2 weeks. No one answers and u wait for 18 minutes in order to get hung up. YOU R BROKE!!! I
