Cottonwood Creek

Came to visit my mother. Went to your lovely dining room to have dinner. What a shame. Your wait staff was very un attentive. Didn't bring her what she ordered and never came back to check if she needed anything. You can tell alot about how someone is gonna perform based solely on their appearance and attention to basic details. If you were running a holiday themed dining experience where diners ordered from zombies.....you killed it! For what she pays a month.....Absolutely unacceptable!

I'd recommend this facility to anyone seeking assisted living care for a loved one. They are great!

Cottonwood Creek is a senior living facility. It is located in a place that is restful with a lot of trees and park like roads. Its grounds are immaculate and scenery is maintained with flowers and bushes and long trail around the building. For me I like it especially that my doctors come visit me here. They have scenic rides and help going to the store. The best thing here for me is the feeling of belonging. Staff Med techs CNAs dining room and others here are friendly. They are able to make me feel like they genuinely like me and care about my thoughts and feelings and will take the time and use their insight to assist us in our dreams fears and mental health. This is something a place either has or doesnt have. Cottonwood Creek does have these benefits and many continued activities to help people with becoming close to their neighbors and form lasting memories.

Cottonwood Creek is absolutely phenomenal. The apartments all feel like home and the facility itself is warm and inviting. Nadeen and the staff are supportive, caring and empathetic.
