I have been so impressed with the Salt Lake office. The receptionist, Dr. Bekwelem and his MA Eliza are incredible! When I come in for my appointment, the staff makes me feel like I'm the only patient. Always positive and you can tell that they love their job, not just there for a paycheck.

I had a heart attack and was transferred from Mt Point Medical center to Intermountain and Dr Cox took over as my doctor. From the first meeting he made me and my family comfortable and kept us informed every inch of the way through Aortic Valve replacement and recovery. He was encouraging and always there to answer questions. He explained exactly how the surgery would go and it turned out perfect and by the way, I had virtually no pain except when I coughed or sneezed. No pain medication after surgery. I have felt better now than I ever have at least in the past many years. He absolutely saved my life. I would definitely recommended Dr Cox and his amazing cohorts to anyone.

In this office, there were several of the surgeons that operated on me, all at the same time. A week after my twins were born, I had extremely life threatening complications, one of which was a 5 inch clot in my lower veena cava vein creeping upwards towards my heart. This team, and several others at salt lake regional hospital saved my life. Dr Jordy Cox was there when I woke up from my coma, and explained to me what was done. I stayed in the ICU for 16 days afterwards rebuilding my strength, in order to go home and care for my newborns. Dr Jordy Cox saved my life, and I cannot thank him enough!
