I schedule an appointment and they never arrived or answered the phone. I called them multiple times and days. This is why immigrants are taking your jobs🤦🏻‍♀️; lazy ass Americans. 😪

I work for hotels and always come here to get a pool stuff and everyone here is so nice helping me with all the product even they try to save my money....

I called and spoke with Gwen at Swim Clean and she said she would be at my house between 6:00 and 7:00 to look at my pool. At 7:00 she had not shown up to my house, so I called her and she said that she was still at the office but she would be on her way. She told me she would be to my house by 8:30 , and if she was running behind she would call me. Well she did not show up, or call me by 9:00. I was unable to leave a voice mail because her mailbox is full. It's very upsetting to plan your night around a service and they don't even bother to show up. If this is how the business is run it is quite a miracle they are in business at all. Would absolutely not recommend unless your idea of a good time is having your time wasted. Update: the Monday after Swim Clean failed to show up, two guys from Swim Clean let themselves into our backyard in the middle of the day, when I went out to investigate they told me they needed me to open the pool so they could look at it. I kindly asked them to leave. What kind of company is this !
