        Delivery Driver on 2/4/2022 was extremely unpleasant. Blamed our office for a non-functioning elevator and threw our boxes down onto the ground because he had to carry them up a flight a stairs. I am sorry he had to do that but he did not need to behave the way he did to our staff or delivery products.

        I deliver to Brady in both AZ and UT and the guys in both warehouses have always been on it, efficient, courteous, and respectful, (not common in most recieving depts. And DC's). Never had to wait more than 2 hrs tops to be unloaded and on my way. Both places have allowed me use of their facilities as well which is highly appreciated, (it's those little things that make the biggest difference some times). OTR DRIVER, US CONNECTION.
