This place is terrible. Ortho and general dentistry are both full of issues. They dont know what they are doing with the work, nor with billing. My husband and I both stopped going and they still have messed up info for us, a year later, and keep sending us a bill for something we dont owe. Everytime I call to speak to them, they say they will call me back then blow me off. Whenever I wanted to speak with billing while I was there is was like an hour wait. Even if I made an appointment before hand.
They never knew what was going on with my account and continually gave the wrong info.
Absolutely the most frustrating experience.
And will all that, we both have messed up teeth from them that we now have to have fixed by someone else.
