Cassandra was my property manager for several years before I sold my property and she was fantastic! Always responded to my calls in a timely manner and took care of tenant issues quickly. I’ve worked with lots of good and bad property managers and she is one of the best! Would trust her with any property of mine.

I rented a condo downtown from Cassandra who works here. One of the easiest and smoothest renting experiences I've ever had. She was very responsive, took care of things right away, and I loved the condo. I moved to Cali after a bit for work, and the process of leaving was just as easy and smooth. Will be moving back to Salt Lake in a few months and am definitely going to use them again.

I personally thought that they were unprofessional and rude as hell. They discriminate against low income people. Maybe my experience just sucked really bad. You decide.
