No wonder this place closed down. The owner couldnt run a business if it hit her in the face. 5 year old could run the business better. Save your money and dont go to their Millcreek location.

I did not have a good experience today.  (I have had a good experience in the past.). First, the person doing my pedicure took a chunk of skin off of my left foot when trying to remove a callous on the side of my foot.  She was in such a rush, for reasons I don't get because I was the first appointment of the day.                                                     Second, she cut my toenails incredibly short--almost to the quick,  Granted I did not ask her to leave them long, but I have never had a pedicure where someone cut my toenails SO short.  It looks bad, especially because she cut the big toenail on one foot noticeably shorter than on the other.  What a disappointment.

The front desk person was very rude and unhelpful, I hope the rest of the staff is more pleasant.

I love to try out different nail salons and have been to many. I was excited to try this place. Its so darling! But this was the worst pedicure Ive ever had. And they are much more expensive than most. The girl was nice but seemed rushed like she just wanted to go home. The massage was about a minute long. I sat and waited at least 15 minutes while my friend that started at the same time as me got a decent massage. The paint job was very sloppy. Sadly I was not impressed.
