Loved how clean the rooms.are but housekeeping kept waking me up at 8 am every day and when traveling I was furious they also threw out a few things of mine and no manger to talk to

I have stayed here several times over the years whenever travelling for work, it's a reliable, clean , quiet spot by the airport with good beds , decent breakfast and reasonable prices.

Nice folks, clean place. Trusting them to refund four days of payment that was caused by making my reservation with a third party. Madame manager, please help!

Disgusting!! Absolutely the very worst hotel/motel experience of our life. We checked in with our little shi-tzu puppy. We knew they would put us in a puppy room. We immediately noticed how bad the odor in the room was, but at the time we were just to tired to say anything. At night we all started coughing a lot. The room felt damp. We then realized that the carpet was wet when a couple of our boxes that we placed on the carpet got wet. It was urine and a lot of it too. At 8:30 am we went to the front desk and we told the clerk about the issues with the room. We were told we had to wait until 10am before they could give us another room. We waited until 10am, still nothing. At about 11:45 am we were told we could transfer to another room. After moving all our personal belongings, the clerk called us and stated that we had to move to another room again, because the room that we were moved to was only temporary. At around 2pm, we moved in to the third room. The room was clean, But, the AC was not working so the room was very hot. We once again went to the front desk, the clerk called the manager, and the manager stated that we should just leave. The manager told us that we had 10 minutes to vacate the property. We never got upset with them, not even once. Still the manager or clerk Never once even apologized to us for our personal belonging that got ruined by the urine infested carpet. So we left and went to a very nice and Clean hotel in Tooele. Please avoid this Quality Inn at all cost. It was absolutely disgusting. They make the lobby look so clean, but the room they stuck us in was not only disgusting, it made us sick. Apparently, the manager got upset at me because they didn't like that I told them how disgusting that first room was.
