        I reached out via the online form for an abandoned vehicle that's been in our driveway for a few years and it just needs to go. While I didn't end up using the service; I was still handled with a silk glove for the whole.process, even helped me track down some additional details for my situation without being asked and providing details we can look into for a solution.         I sold a 2004 honda odyssey to these guys about a month ago, They never took the vehicle out of my name, got a notice the vehicle was in impound today! Now remind you the back tire was blown on it after dropping it off there and the whole front-end was involved in a accident, so there shouldn't have been no reason I am getting a impound notice, Unless someone who works there was out driving a vehicle that was still in my name.
