Purchased new townhome in 2013. Once the HOA was turned over it was quickly obvious that the fees that sold me were inadequate and would need to be increased. The fees have gone from $105 to $300 monthly and now we are being special assessed an additional $26,666 to fix wrong instillation of windows,. Replacement of products that were not rated for Utah weather and shoddy workmanship. Bringing this to Brad Reynolds attention did nothing for us. He is still building locally using shoddy workmanship and substandard products. Not a reputable builder, does not stand behind his responsibilities as a builder. Don’t walk away from his projects.... RUN! He is not a trustworthy builder!!

Do NOT buy a home from Brad Reynolds!!! A phrase I thought I would never say. Because of the way poor way he built our homes we are now forced to pay 26k to fix something that was done incorrectly in the first place. HOA and who is fixing it aside it was done incorrectly by Brad Reynolds construction and the cost should have never even come to us or our HOA funds. Please do your research when looking at a most recent positive 5 star review as they are related to Brad Reynolds.

I’ve lived in Brad reynolds units and they have always been built beautifully and made well!!
People who have left reviews that Brad built units incorrectly and that them having to pay $26k+ in fees to fix a water issue are misled because Brad wanted to fix is but the HOA company chose to go with a third party company who is charging astronomical costs which now are being put on the unit owners. It’s important to have not just competent HOA members not eh Baird but even more important to have an HOA company who wants to do what the unit owners feel is best for them and not an HOA company who wants to do what’s easiest for them no matter the cost on the owner. Brad Reynolds company has been building for a very very long time and he is a good builder that you can trust, but be careful who you trust with HoA companies and those you vote to be on the board.
