Meticulous just helped us tear out an unusable shower and kitchenette from our 99-year-old brick bungalow, and moved a wall to turn that section of our finished basement into a much more functional space. They coordinated with a plumber to get all of our old pipes updated before replacing the drywall. They did an excellent job of coordinating with us and the subcontractors, and were very good with dealing with the inevitable old house surprises. Steve made sure that any problems we encountered were dealt with promptly, and we are very pleased with the final result. They have a great team, and we cant recommend them enough for doing a great job at a fair price, especially when it comes to remodeling older houses. We definitely plan on working with them again.
