Rude staff with a weird attitude. And cant even follow simple instructions on an order. A wrap is not a sub. A sub is not a sandwich and french bread is not a friggin cauliflower. HOW HARD IS IT TO UNDERSTAND THAT FOR SOMEONE WHO WAS HIRED TO WORK AT A PLACE THAT SELLS SUBS?

We apologize that there seems to have been some kind of mix-up with which type of bread you wanted for your sandwich Sanchit! And we're especially sorry to hear that our team handled things with a poor attitude! Just to clarify in case our team caused confusion over our menu options, we have 4 "bread" options to choose from which are: 1) French bread (your typical "sub") 2) Wheat bread (square slices from a loaf of bread like a typical "sandwich") 3) Unwich (lettuce wrap) 4) Tortilla wraps (in either our Garlic & Herb Tortilla or our Flour Tortilla). We put all sandwiches besides our two chicken wraps and our Tuscan Italian wrap on French bread unless otherwise specified, but you can get any of our original or favorite sandwiches on any of these "bread" types if you ask for the one you want. We're sorry if our team made this process difficult for you!We'll make sure to talk to our team about the importance of accuracy as well as having good customer service. Their customer service is superb. I'll continue ordering catered menu items from this location because of quality and freshness of their food and because they were so easy to work with. Plus this is so affordable for an office lunch. Great location! Thanks!
Vegetarian options: Had a vegetarian option as an unwich. that was convenient and inclusive.
Dietary restrictions: Was able to get a vegan unwich. It was tasty, fresh and appreciate that option!

Posting this for a friend who had a really bad experience within the last couple weeks. He used to get Jimmy John's all the time, almost every lunch was Jimmy John's. But, his most recent and last delivery, they took 2 hours to deliver. They didn't tell him about problems with delivery or that it was just sitting in their shop or he would've gone to get it himself. So, they deliver 2 hour old, soggy Jimmy John's to him and he throws it because that's not edible anymore. He leaves them a review on their website and asks them to call him back about this. Still hasn't heard a thing from them. Never going back or ordering from them again.

Came in for an early dinner while on our honeymoon for a quick meal. Roxy (Roxie?) was extremely helpful and friendly, a super overall great employee. The food was great, and came out super efficiently fast. Even asked how we wanted our pickle cut! They definitely know how to upset here as well, got a combo meal with homestyle potato salad and it was delicious! All in all, best restaurant experience of our honeymoon.
