Major project they did on my GG grandfather and they messed up places of burial and other pertinent information, and they also put one of my GG grandfathers brothers as a female. They really need to pay closer attention to detail. I do not recommend them for southern research, not happy with incorrect info.

David BURGIN came to my home months ago. I had a printed request of what DOCUMENTS I wanted. Not many. Their fee was an outrageous $60/hour so I expected great service for the $600 I paid. Imagine my surprise when he returned with NOTHING I had asked for but had pictures and things out of books that I ALREADY HAD. I WANTED DOCUMENTS to prove generational links. I am not a professional but I've been doing genealogy research since 1982 and what they tried to palm off on me is NOT genealogy research! He said he would return in June because he didn't want his company to get a bad reputation. He didn't return. I called him twice and he told me he would be coming later. I called to request a full refund --- total silence. I have called an additional TWO times and he's an apparent liar because now he won't even answer the phone. Apparently LDS cannot be trusted and don't abide by the Ten Commandments. They're all about the money. They are liars and con artists!! I'm a a very trustful person. That's how I was raised but I ACTUALLY HATE these people. I am a widow on a fixed income so $600 is a lot of money to me. They don't care. DAVID BURGIN is a thief, plain and simple. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES`!!!!!!!!
