I bought a body wrap from a bridal expo I had gone to and was excited to get to use it... They say you can lose 4-14 inches from your body with just one wrap, so although I was a little bit skeptical, I figured, why not? I was not disappointed. The girl who applied my wrap measured me before and after (she was super nice and friendly, by the way) and after the wrap, I was down a total of 5.25 inches! Granted, that's from several measurements taken all over your body, so a half an inch from your waist, 1/4 inch from your leg, etc. But still! Awesome results for not have to work out or really do much! The cream they use to do the wrap smells yummy, like cinnamon, and the wrap is very relaxing as well.

When I was pregnant in 2015, I was sold 2 $45 vouchers for a Body contouring package being told explicitly that I could do it while nursing. I gave birth and called them up to find out I had been mislead I couldn't do it while nursing but not to worry, they would take down my name and make sure I could use them when I finished nursing. Now I'm done nursing and ready to use the two vouchers and I call in to a rude secretary who informs me that the new management will not honor old vouchers regardless of the situation. Now after waiting through pregnancy and nursing are finally over and I'm ready to get my body back and after being mislead, feeling tricked, and reassured that I'd be able to use the vouchers I paid for, I can't. New management apparently doesn't believe in customer service or honoring commitments.

Horrible! Don't do business with them. Company was recently bought out and they are no longer honoring anything that was previously purchased or promised. Horrible customer service as well.
