Can't even get to a live person via their phone number and answering system. Left a message to try and set-up an appointment but haven't had a return call in over 24 hours. Update: as of 8/7, still never received a call back. Zero stars!!!

I have terrible migraines, I have being vomiting, and I run out of my medicine. I have been calling all morning to make a schedule with them but no one has call me back. The other office thats next to them said that they are supper busy that they can not answer their phones and that they will call me when they are free. I like this office but it's a pain trying to schedule an appointment. appointment.

Dr. R is always very kind and I feel like he cares about me as his patient. The staff are very friendly and competent. The imaging team is top notch and have made what should be an unpleasant experience bearable. I've been very impressed by the whole establishment. I can't speak for everyone's experience, but I would recommend Western Neurological anyday of the week....except for Sunday, they are closed then.
