I switched to Central Carolina Insurance Agency after being with another company for many years. Lindsay was so knowledgeable and helpful. She took the time to answer the numerous questions I had and helped me navigate the online access. I really appreciate the time she took in helping me to choose the right coverage for my needs and as a bonus, my premiums were reduced. Had I known I would receive that level of customer service, I would have switched years ago. Thank you Lindsay!!

Anytime Ive had a question or some type of service needed My Person, has been kind, and quickly answered my question or returned my call, same day with answers. Ive been with CCIA for many years and do not intend on changing anytime soon. I trust and appreciate their willingness to be there for me.
