        Spent the extra money for climate controlled and there was never anything on no air and it was hot as hell in there and it was sweating I got out of it after the first month

      Dear Mr. Beauchamp, Thank you very much for your business. We see that you are a previous tenant of many years. We are happy that you took advantage of our special discount of 50% 1st month rent.We constantly monitor all our CC units and our fall maintenance was just conducted on Sept 28, with all units fully functional. For the past week, the temperature in the building in which your unit is located within, was between 73-70 degrees depending on time and daily activity in that location. We believe this to be adequate for a non-living space for temperature control. However, we would have gladly adjusted it for you, if you had called and requested it. Thank you again for your feedback and your business.
