Excellent service from Joe Pagliaro. I had spent many days researching different models. Was amazed by Joe's knowledge in purchasing my ultra light kayak and what I needed to get it on and off my roof. He installed the rack equipment and helped me get it secure and on my roof. Lots of good pointers along the way so I can do it myself. Got my J hooks installed by myself in the garage. Like he promised, my cockpit cover arrived today. I know I am going to enjoy my WS PUNGO 120 ultralight for many years. I was treated with respect as an older woman looking to do kayaking on my own.

I tried to use this company to replace my existing fireplace. Just to get them out here to let me know that we could not do it the way we wanted cost $100 and a week. That was no problem but we wanted the unit we had replaced because it did not work properly so we asked for a price to get a similar unit. Have not heard back. Winter is coming and we would like to use out fireplace. If you are to busy for new business please just let people know.
