        Dont rent from this place. I moved out in January. On move out inspection they only looked in the oven and refrigerator. I got an invoice saying they were keeping 1/3 of my deposit for utilities that should have been paid at the beginning of January with the rent. THEY NEVER SENT MY DEPOSIT AND DO NOT ANSWER THE PHONE OR RETURN MESSAGES.
