Rachel Dix will keep your deposit. I paid for carpet cleaning and still never got my security deposit returned. My phone calls were ignored. Terrible management.

Property manager doesn't return phone calls or make herself available. Pipes busted and tenet left without water for over a week messages left never a call back leaving tenet to pay for motel .Charged 100 for 1 day of electric when evergy made mistake and transferred account to wrong unit. Then post that I'm a cosigner upset with who I signed for completely not true Beyond upset with secretary and management for not responding at all to repeated attempts to discuss this and settle the situation professionally. Beware of renting or cosigning for any property listed by this company. Gave 3 day eviction on a Fri then not available to settle account in the time frame sounds fair right. Wasn't going to post anything other than the 1 star however after seeing the 1st response from them was not at all true decided to edit . Maybe things could have been different had the manager returned a phone call over a month ago .

These ladies went above and beyond to help my mom get into a house that was section 8 approved. They never gave up even when the information housing authority gave them was inaccurate. They work with you until there is a resolution. I would recommend them for your housing needs. They take section 8 and non section 8 renters. Oh by the way the house we saw that they have are beautiful and well kept.
