As far as apartments go there pretty good. management is good they work with you, answer quickly. As far as tenants not the best picks and rent is average for the quality of apartments.

I lived at this apartment complex for 4 years now and I have to say we had some up and downs but ever since dunmire took over and has gotten way better. Maddi works really hard around the clock to Make sure all emergencies are handled with care and you receive a confirmation. She even takes the time to check her emails after hours and will email you back to let you know that she has read your emails and are working really hard to complete them. She's very understanding but she is also no fool. The maintenance guys are very polite and respectable when they enter your home they are also polite to your animals they work really hard and I'm glad that they run my apartment complex.

i've been living here for about a month now and i really enjoy this place. rent is fair and the apartment is great. Enough said!

I lived here for 2 years and had no major issues. My unit was updated and it was very nice with good living space. Great move in specials. Clean property. I would highly recommend living here. Maddi in the office is awsome and super helpful with quick responses.

I've lived here for almost 2 years and I love it. I have my own washer/dryer, AC, an amazing maintenance team and an understanding, patient, smart manager. The only downside is the beeping of the gates. But, very minor.
