Had my roof done. Employees were nice. Job got done quick and smoothly. My complaint is that this company should ask what your plywood looks like in the attic. My plywood has black mold on it in some areas.
I probably would have paid for the new plywood if they would have advised me too. Mold is not fun to deal with. It seems like it would make sense to check the plywood in the attic but they only check on the outside for dryrot.
So if you get your roof done make sure you ask them to look at the plywood because as homeowners we trust our contractors and what they do. Sometimes were clueless.
They basically told me to go and find a mold specialist. You guys really should check plywood on the inside of the roof because black attic mold will eventually destroy the plywood. This was a $26,000 roof job!
Im very thankful that the previous owners paid for this roof before I bought it. So homeowners if you get work done by this company make sure to ask them or someone to look in the attic to see if the plywood should be changed out.
Hopefully this will help future customers as well as this company. Check the attics people! If I could go back in time I would have definitely paid for the plywood if someone would have explained to me that it was in my best interest to change the plywood.

I cant vouch for their roofs, but one of their guys took the time to pull over and pick up my wallet Id lost in the middle of south Commerical street. He then spent about an hour playing Sherlock Holmes to get my phone number. He texted me and I was able to come get it on my way out of town for a weeks vacation- absolutely saved me SO much time and stress. I cant thank them enough!

This is the second house I have used Cascade to replace the roof. Out of the six bids I got for this roof replacement Cascade was by far the least cost. Their work quality appears to be good, they do an admirable job protecting the landscaping and gutters, and they also do an admirable job cleaning up after the job is done. Service: Roof installation
