      I’m sorry for your experience and hope you’re doing better. PBS only helps in processing plan distributions/reimbursements at the direction of your employer or former employer. PBS does not retain any assets of your employer's benefit plan. I’d encourage you to give them a call and ensure there’s no misunderstanding about what you may be owed.
