Everyone at the Fixture Gallery in Salem throughout the years has been wonderful to work with. We have been especially impressed with EJ Scott who quickley organized all items needed and placed them in proper categories. He is a wonderful asset. Thank you for having hired him and sharing.

Not a very good experience with the Salem store.I purchased a moen shower head over the phone it does not match any of our moen products in our house.the fixture was 300 dollars they will only give me 50 percent back for a restocking fee seems ridiculous.i was told it was a special order item and Im pretty positive that it was not made just for me.l would not recommend this store to anyone

I own Golden Rule Remodeling & Design and have been taking our clients to The Fixture Gallery since they opened the Salem location in 2008. Their beautiful showroom always has great selections that can accommodate a wide budget range. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they always give our clients great customer service! It's always a fun day when visiting them!

After reading on one of the reviews about having to make an appointment I have attempted to call in 3 times. Either the phone number listed here is wrong or someone isnt answering the phone.
